Where do you ‘think’ from?
Your Head? Your Heart? Your Gut?
Do you Trust your Thoughts? Trust your Decisions? Trust Yourself?
This 90-minute workshop will help you answer these questions. Let me guide you in understanding:
* Where YOU think from
* The different places of thinking/feeling
* What/where/how is that gut feeling?
* Does everyone have intuition and how to tap into YOURS

Most importantly, together we will learn ‘The Art of Gutism’. This is an exercise that teaches us to FEEL the different places we think from, to see for ourselves where we make decisions from and to learn to TRUST that space.
