The Key – Who Am I? 2019.

A one-hour teen workshop at PanyaDee International School covering the topic of ‘Who Am I?’ will be conducted for grade 10 (14-15 year olds) and grade 11 & 12 (16-18 year olds) on the same day.
Adolescence is the developmental stage of identity where the biggest questions (consciously or subconsciously) are who am I? and where do I fit in the world? In these two workshops we will learn self awareness strategies to delve in to this topic and look at the different versions of ourselves that come up in different areas of our lives – socially, physically, at school, home, sports or activities and try to understand how and why different parts of us shine (or don’t) in different arenas and in different company.
