Romi Grossberg is a professional counselor, writing therapist, public speaker and author providing:

  1. Online one-on-one sessions in counseling and writing mentorship
  2. In person private sessions and group sessions in Asia and Australia (ABN 58 210 229 369).
  3. Online books sales through amazon, kobo and book depository.

Romi Grossberg is a business with international clientele and therefore may be visited by residents of the EU and such residents may also subscribe to content offered by Romi Grossberg by providing personal information. As such Romi Grossberg aims to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to ensure that your information is protected.

This privacy policy provides you with details of how I, Romi Grossberg collect and process your personal data through the use of my site www.romigrossberg.com.

For the purpose of communication, Romi Grossberg will only contact those who have subscribed through my website by clicking on the subscription button, or have verbally and explicitly asked to be added to my newsletter via working together in private sessions, workshops and courses and consented and written your email address for me.

I collect data only of name, nationality and email address. I process this data for the purpose of communicating with you personally to enable you to receive my newsletter ‘Tips, Bits & Info’.

I will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary.

I have not, do not and will not share your data with any other individual or organisation. I do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. I do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

‘Tips, Bits & Info’ newsletters from me, Romi Grossberg contain information and special promotions on 1) my one-on-one sessions; 2) relevant events, workshops, retreats or activities either organised by me or a carefully chosen collaborator; 3) articles, videos and news on my work – relevant to emotional and mental health and well-being and/or writing mentorship or links to my Youtube channel or other relevant websites; 4) inspiring quotes, ideas or stories which I feel relevant.

My newsletters are broadcast approximately once every six weeks but with no set schedule. If I have new events, promotions or information to share which I deem relevant, they may be more frequent. Separate newsletters may be sent to select groups if agreed to at the completion of specific workshops, courses and free talks.

On every newsletter broadcast, you will be given the option to Unsubscribe.

At all times, you have the right to access the data I hold on you and the right for all your data to be forgotten. To make either request, simply email romi.grossberg@gmail.comwith the subject line ‘ ACCESS DATA’ or ‘FORGET DATA’. I will respond to you within 14 working days maximum.
