I am passionate about professional development in schools, companies and not-for-profit organisations and believe that making time to be the student again is humbling and a beneficial, necessary experience for all.
My focus areas are mental health, emotional health, communication, social-emotional learning and self-care practices. I also work with ‘soft skills’ – the things we are ‘meant’ to know but rarely actually learn – Emotional intelligence, personal growth, openness, empathy, attitude, ethics, belief systems and active listening.

This workshop is designed for educators to feel better prepared to handle the increase of mental health issues in their students, learn strategies and gain confidence to assist.
