Professional Development is an opportunity to expand your professional knowledge, capabilities and confidence
In the current climate, Professional Development (PD) in mental & emotional health and well-being has never been more important.
How We Can Work Together
I am passionate about professional development in schools, companies and not-for-profit organisations and believe that making time to be the student again is humbling and a beneficial, necessary experience for all.
My focus areas are mental health, emotional health, communication, social-emotional learning and self-care practices. I also work with ‘soft skills’ – the things we are ‘meant’ to know but rarely actually learn – Emotional intelligence, personal growth, openness, empathy, attitude, ethics, belief systems and active listening.
